Angie Pedersen's PosterousReady to Get Motivated! No more exer-cusesEZ Meal Planning with E-MealzI just signed up for the E-Mealz meal-planning service - for $5 a month, someone else plans my meals for me! Sweet! They also offer a gluten-free menu option! I signed up for the Low-Fat meal plan, at "any" store (as opposed to Wal-Mart, Kroger, Publix, or Aldi). I figure low-fat is good, since I'm on Weight Watchers, and I can shop whereever - I usually hit Hy-Vee because it's closest to me. Right after I registered, I got access to this week's menu and last week's. This week's menu included:
I probably won't make all those recipes, since my family tends to be picky, but I'm going to try most of them. I spend way too much time planning the menu and making the grocery list every week, so I want to make the most of this service. If you use E-Mealz, or any other menu-planning service, I'd love to hear what you think about it! Glowing review of fantasy-adventure novel Angst
Another glowing review of my husband's book, Angst:
Picked this up from smashwords dot com when it was available for free with a voucher. Read the book very quickly, the story keeps moving at a pace and it kept me interested from first to the last page. The story of how Angst, a man in his 40's suddenly becomes the wielder of a powerful sword that makes his existing magical powers look ordinary, a story of how with his loyal friends he helps to stop the threats to his homeland. It's a good fantasy read, I thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone who likes the fantasy genre. I get the impression that we could well see further adventures from Angst in the future, and I for one would be very happy to read about them, and pay for the privilege.
